Birth photo from St Gallen hospital

This and the following photos were taken two days after birth. Some photos are not so clear as I couldn't use flash and there was not much light in the hospital room, but I have naturally kept them for the records. John was staying in the room and helping Tina and Liam, as Tina was still recovering from the difficult birth, which finished with a cesarean.
